OK, it's just after 4:30PM and I just finished lunch. Time to pre-plan dinner. I rechecked my log. Carbs are good at 4. Protein good at 107. Fat not so good at 56. Still room for calories so there's room to get that fat. What to do.
I check my pantry and fridge and realize that I can make up some whipped cream, flavor it with sugar free jello and have a raspberry flavored mousse for an evening snack. But Whoa! That violates everything that I ever thought about anything having to do with eating! Whipped cream for dinner?
I just wonder if heavy whipping cream is a "bad" fat.

If you're able to stand artificial sweeteners, getting some diet root beer, crushed ice and heavy cream is nice.0
