I am also a big fan of mug cakes made from mixing a box of angel cake mix with a box of any other kind. 3T mix + 2T water, mix well, nuke for 1 minute. I learned that here. This snack has been the reason for my success. They're about 50-60 cals each.0 -
Some people might not think this is appetizing but I love Pacific Organic Butternut Squash soup. You can eat a whole bowl and it's only 90 calories. Yummy salty sweet goodness. I eat it all the time when I need to fill up and not use a lot of calories.0
