Okay ladies, it's time to add a fitness challenge to start our week 3 off right! I call this the push up/sit up challenge. Starting tomorrow when you first wake up, do 10 push ups and 15 sit ups and repeat this same thing before you go to bed. Think of it as one of your routines like brushing your teeth but this will tone you up and make you stronger! Do this daily, yes even weekends. For each week, add 2 push ups and 3 sit ups. By the end of week 10, you should be doing 24 push ups or 48 daily and 36 sit ups or 72 daily. To start, you can do crunches and push ups on your knees but try to start on your feet or sit completely up and then drop it to your knees/crunches to keep moving. After week 5, you will find how much stronger you realy are as well as fitting better in your clothes :-) Also, you will probably notice that you can start doing more sit ups and push ups in full range. Go out and get it ladies!
