Protein Intake

How much protein do you eat per day? My numbers are 35% protein, 35% fat, 30% carbs. My number of calories is 2150 per day. Just curious what others are doing. Thanks! :flowerforyou:

  • Mine is 40% protein, but I rarely reach that macro. 30-30 for carb and fat. I am eating at or near TdEE for a reset so 40% is tough at 2700-2800 calories. Can't wait to start my cut.

    I have my macro set at 30% because that falls right around my bodyweight, but I usually go over in protein.

    I try to get around 150g per day (roughly 1g per pound of body weight) which is believed to be plenty. Some days a bit more, some a bit less but I try to get at least 1g per lb LBM (around 110g) on a lower day.

    I have my macros at 40/40/20, and normally go over 200g of protein daily.

    I target 1 g protein per LBM, which is around 130-140 g of protein. That works out to 50/25/25 for carb/protein/fat for my macros.

    I usually end up hitting 40% protein. I'm tall its hard to eat that much protein.
