January 29, 2013 Challenge

Ok ladies, today's challenge is to hear from everyone - we seem to be very quiet and I haven't heard from a few people in a while. How is everyone doing? Did we lose some people?

Today's challenge - 10,000 steps and 15 quiet minutes.

    I like the idea of 15 quiet minutes. It is so easy to forget about your mental health when you are constantly worrying about you physical health. So take some time, just breathe and clear your head. Have a great day to all!
