    I have been off and on again trying to lose weight but this time I am fully committed. I must say floor exercises are not my thing. But I am willing to give it a try for the month of February. Who knows it might grow on me. I just need to find the right food regimen. I go to school in the mornings so after class I usually hit the gym and walk on the treadmill for about 45 minutes averaging 2.5 to 3 miles. And I getting use to doing that. I will be going back to the gym in the evenings on my days off from work. and I am going to try zumba at least three times a week. I'm praying by the time the end of February I will have lost at least 15 pounds. A lot of prayers and discipline is what I need. So pray for me!!!

    Hello ! This is my fist time creating a group.. so please bare with me :)

    The Challenge is set to kick off on Friday 2/1. I suggest printing the calender.. but I plan to post the daily goal as well!!

    I did notice that it is not the 2013 February.. but that doesn't matter. Just follow it by numbered days!

    Just printed the calendar, so excited to do this. A plank is where your on your elbows and legs straight out so your on your toes to. I would google it for a better explanation lol not good at explaining it

    Hello all!!

    I did my day 1 this morning.. not to bad :)

    So today is (Friday):

    10 sit ups
    4 push ups
    10 second plank

    Day 2 (Saturday)

    15 sit ups
    5 push ups
    15 second plank

    TAKE SUNDAY OFF AND RESUME ON MONDAY!!
