My goals are to gain 10 good lifelong habits and break 5 bad habits. I want to achieve things I've never had before or done before. I started running and I actual want to run. Since I don't have much left to lose, I've been fighting any weight loss for months now. SO I want to finally get down to where I should be before summer! Goals for this month for me is a challenge that I'm doing with my friend, and to have a new challenge every month. This months challenge for me is....[Food Challenge] No fast food, excluding subway ( I work and sometimes I run out of time to pack a lunch, and you can make healthier choices there) no soda pop for the month (hopefully by then the craving will be gone and I won't want it anymore). [Fitness Challenge] 25 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, a 2 minute plank, and 30 mins of exercise daily. Sounds like a lot, but I'm motivated to get it done this time and to be healthy for good!!0 -
