    I'm 166.8 lbs and hope to lose atleast 30lbs by May 1st. to be at 135lbs.

    My goals are to gain 10 good lifelong habits and break 5 bad habits. I want to achieve things I've never had before or done before. I started running and I actual want to run. I know my sweet tooth can be out of control, but I gave up sweets for a week and didn't die. I did it once I will do it again. Good luck everyone lets make this Spring Fling Fabulous!!

    Since I don't have much left to lose, I've been fighting any weight loss for months now. SO I want to finally get down to where I should be before summer! I'll really need to be diligent with my food choices and hopefully when spring comes my metabolism will kick back into gear again! Good luck to everyone!!!

    Goals for this month for me is a challenge that I'm doing with my friend, and to have a new challenge every month. This months challenge for me is....[Food Challenge] No fast food, excluding subway ( I work and sometimes I run out of time to pack a lunch, and you can make healthier choices there) no soda pop for the month (hopefully by then the craving will be gone and I won't want it anymore). [Fitness Challenge] 25 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, a 2 minute plank, and 30 mins of exercise daily. Sounds like a lot, but I'm motivated to get it done this time and to be healthy for good!!
