Challenge for February!!!!

do a quick 10 minute workout everyday... mix it up... explore youtube for different 10 minute workouts. Try the victoria secret fat burning workout.. one of my favorites. Try wearing a sweatshirt and pants, or if you have a sauna suit even better!

if you already have a workout plan, try adding another 10 minutes at a different time of day. Thats atleast 80+ extra calories gone ;)
