Hey Ladies, today is weigh in Tuesday!
Even though we're still on January 29, this is the first weigh in day for FEBRUARY!
Please post your weights here so that I can update the spreadsheet. You can also post any challenges or victories you encountered throughout the week. Chances are, we're going through a lot of the same things!

well, im in kilos but you can convert it 109.7 kg this morning.0

I'm at 219.6 today.
Down 1.4 pounds from last week, and 5.4 pounds from New Year's Day!
I'm excited about my loss, but want to start losing two pounds a week, so need to do more strength training to build that lean fat-burning muscle.0 -
im getting around 2 pounds a week but im sure it could be better if I cut out the snacks. They fit into my calories but really, they do nothing for me. So as of today I am cutting chips, cookies, cake, desserts etc. Snacks have to be fruit or something healthy.
I also joined a gym last night to build some muscle, im good at cardio but I have lost lean muscle and I want it back!0 -
It's the snacks that I have been finding the hardest...mainly when I get home from work I am usually pretty hungry and end up grabbing something bad!

You actually do all three!
The first tab is monthly, so you fill in today's weight for the February start.
The second tab is January, so you fill in today's weight for Week 5.
The third tab is February, so you fill in today's weight for Week 1.
The tabs are located on the bottom of the spreadsheet, and are titled "Monthly Progress", "January Weigh In", and "February Weigh In"0 -
