    So I have been wondering how may calories do you burn during a RI30 workout and here is what I found.... hope it helps!!!

    Ripped In 30

    Week One (5lb weights): 275 calories
    Week Two (5lb weights): 300 calories
    Week Three (3lb weights): 250 calories
    Week Four (3lb weights): 235 calories

    What is the weight of the person for those numbers? It varies based on the person's weight....

    Ok so the person that got this numbers is a 5'5 , 135 pound lady!!!!

    Here is one more piece of advice for all the beginners out there.... in order to perform the RI30 workout you will need:

    1 mat (yoga mat works fine)

    1 set of weights... how heavy .... well here is the deal ... Jillian says one light and one heavy.... here is what I think works great... get a set of 3 there are many on amazon and that way you can switch it depending on your progress and the intensity level you are looking for...
