So I have been wondering how may calories do you burn during a RI30 workout and here is what I found.... hope it helps!!!
Ripped In 30
Week One (5lb weights): 275 calories
Week Two (5lb weights): 300 calories
Week Three (3lb weights): 250 calories
Week Four (3lb weights): 235 calories0 -
What is the weight of the person for those numbers? It varies based on the person's weight....0

Here is one more piece of advice for all the beginners out there.... in order to perform the RI30 workout you will need:
1 mat (yoga mat works fine)
1 set of weights... how heavy .... well here is the deal ... Jillian says one light and one heavy.... here is what I think works great... get a set of 3 there are many on amazon and that way you can switch it depending on your progress and the intensity level you are looking for...0
