Please post how many calories you eat as well as your stats (SW, CW, fat loss using this method). I need a little encouragement today. Plus I'm just curious *nosy* laugh

I'm going to count the fact I always ate enough for my level of activity, even though this group is rather recent, the method has been around while, though obviously not as popular as eat less, exercise more, and repeat a year later after gaining weight.
After last ankle surgery (ya, didn't eat correctly for my new level of activity).
non-exercise TDEE - 12% - 2000
Exercise calories with same deficit eaten back.
avg eaten - 2200 to 3500.
SW - 193
CW - 178 (was at 171 before a purposeful month long bulk lifting and eating over TDEE)
FL - 4% (which is to CW, not lowest weight pre-bulk)0
