New to group!

I'm new, I saw a thread about watching Forks over Knives and the gal was thinking of cutting back meat and dairy, someone directed her here.

I watched Veducated (and Forks over Knives) 3 weeks ago. Up until then we had been talking about cutting meat out for months.

Anyway, we are three weeks without meat and enjoying it a lot. I feel like we've opened ourselves up to a lot of new things and flavors. We're already very into unprocessed and whole food eating, so this was sort of a natural step.

We do eat eggs, but we source them locally. We also try to buy as much local produce and products as possible. So I'd love the chance to be in a group with other like-minded folks.

I'm 34, I have 3 young girls. I just actually hit my goal "range", but am hoping to continue exercising and eating right and let it fall where it may.
