Set an aggressive goal for myself this month. Didn't quite reach it, but I'm satisfied with my progress anyway. I'll just have to work harder next month to make up the difference. (since this was my starting month I was hoping for 13 pounds for the month, then 5 each month afterward until June).0 -

I don't see any water in your diary. Also measuring and logging everything you eat is helpful.
Have you taken measurements also? Those are helpful when the scale doesn't move.0 -
Hi Everyone,
I've been completely off track since Christmas. I've managed to pack on 5 lbs - but I'm back. I weighed in at 214 today. I've been able to get into the spreadsheet but I wasn't able to enter my results. I'll try again later.
My numbers are:
SW: 230
SW for this Challenge: 209
CW: 214 :sad:
GW for this Challenge: 169
UGW: 140ish

Of course, I weighed this morning a (183.8 lbs) and lost weight. Why didn't show yesterday, oh well I can count it for this coming week. lol0

I lost what I put on from the previous week. I feel like I'm getting no where.
But with my official logs I've lost a total of 2.8 lbs this month. (woo hoo. -sarcasm.) ( & to think, in September I lost just under 10lbs! I need to step it back up.)0 -
