I did level 3 for exercise yesterday and wow...that routine is 'no joke but highly effective'...
I really think that is were the 30ds name comes from...I do not really care for level 2 and I still have a couple of days to do in that level so I may make those level 1 days when I need a switch from the level 3...

WTG for trying out L3!!
I don't really like L2 myself.. not cause it's hard but I find it kinda boring. There are some killer moves in that level though (I love the v taper squat moves with the dumbells)
I love L3, super easy compared to L10
