Private Lesson!

As a birthday present, my husband bought me a gift certificate for a private lesson. I took the lesson over the weekend and it was amazing! As an added bonus, I had the good fortune of being assigned Audrey as my teacher. She had just competed in the Regional Yoga championship and came in 3rd ... very exciting!
The lesson lasted for 2 hours (time has never flown by so quickly in the yoga room) and we did the standing series and barely started on the floor series. I learned so much from her and she gave me specific instructions about what to do to improve my practice.
Highly recommend doing this ... it was a GREAT birthday gift!

What an amazing gift! You have a fantastic husband.
Once in the beginning of my practice, I showed up for an early class in the summer and it was myself and two other teachers taking the class. The teacher was a competitive champion and he gave me a lot of help. It changed my practice so much getting that help!0
