Ok so in an attempt to keep us all motivated here is my report of Day 1 of 30.

I started Day 1 Week 1 yesterday and have to say I had a hard time keeping up with the workout, it is not excessive and athough it is HARD it is definitely doable!!!

The workout is basically about 24 minutes long plus about a 2 minute strech and a 4 minute cooldown.... Jillian does a great job letting you know about form and there are begginers and advanced versions of each exercise... no matter what you think she is like unless you have done other workout DVDs by Jillian, it does not compare.... she is in your face and kicking your *kitten* but in now way is she too loud or too pushy....

I don't know if this DVDs are intentionally made for women but they seem to be which I found conforting ... I have done INSANITY before and found Sean T to be unbearable... the music the noise it was just not what I wanted to hear early in the morning....

With Jillian, she keeps you going and knows not how many seconds you have to go but how many squats, push ups or other exercises you have left...

So for me it was fantastic!!!!! results today I am extremely sore in my belly, arms, back and chest ... my legs are not to bad and I feel they get a better workout during my everyday life since they didn't scream at me this morning......

    I finally did it!! Day 1 completed today!

    It felt good, im a little shaky and I am definately gonna be sore tomorrow.

    Thanks for the group and the push to start!!

    good job on starting Leeann! I feel inspired enough to keep going into week 2! Hope it stays with me all the way thru week 4. LOL
