    ^^^What Tammy said!
Just give it your best shot! Mine won't be pretty either - but we only have to do a few starting off so we'll get better!
You can modify by doing them from your knees, or off of a bench or wall even.

My gym class last night has a core section and man can I feel my abs today. Was it hitting myself in the stomach with a bar bell? Was it the situps? Was it too much breakfast? We might never know......

    Survived day 2.
Planks are as ugly as I expected. Hopefully by the end of this month I can do the exercises without sounding like I'm being tortured.

God I'm terrible - it was my idea and today was my first day doing it lol.
Anyway, did days 1, 2 and 3 today. Push ups and planks were better than I expected, though by the 3rd set my wrists were aching so I did the last 6 push ups on a pair of dumbbells, which gave some relief.

    Anyway, yay!
    Great job everyone! :flowerforyou:

I attempted but couldn't complete it. I have really bad wrists and couldn't do the pushups or planks as I'm still too heavy to support my own weight but I did the sit ups. I also do tons of sit ups everytime I do my kickboxing circuit. I'm going to attempt this challenge again once I have lost more weight.

    Day 4 completed!

It was painful though, especially after my silly three-fer yesterday, plus I did Ab Jam this morning.
I'm modifying the push ups, using the dumbbells to take the strain off of my wrists and doing them from my knees.
Also, :ohwell: I can't do a sit up yet (:noway: there's too much belly in the way!:explode:) so I am doing crunches.

Hey Ashley I think you can still do it with some modifications! I have bad wrists too!

For the planks, try doing it with your forearms on the floor instead of putting the weight on your wrists.
    http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/exercises.asp?exercise=7
You can also do it from your knees
    http://www.arthritistoday.org/fitness/exercise-videos-and-photos/abs-exercises/modified-plank-photo.php

For the pushups, use a pair of dumbbells that have the hex shape (flat edges so they won't roll)
    http://www.active.com/fitness/Articles/8-Ways-to-Modify-the-Everyday-Pushup
and do it from your knees. If that's still too hard, try an incline pushup (feet on the floor, hands on a bench or a wall) to take some of the weight off.

    You can do this!!!

My in-laws have been here for a week - I'm exhausted and I haven't been able to get away from them to get the Ab challenge done since Thursday!!! Will start playing catch up today... MAN that's a lot of push ups and sit ups :noway:

    How are you gals doing?

FINALLY caught up!! I did 4 days on Tuesday and the rest yesterday! Man my abs are sore!

I alternated doing the planks on my hands and my forearms because my wrists are sore.
The push ups I modified as well - used dumbbells to relieve my wrists and did them from my knees.
But I was doing full sit-ups baby!

Heading to Maui tonight, but will try to keep up the challenge over my vacay :)

    Good luck everyone!

Well I kept it up while I was in Maui but fell off again when I got back on Monday. Crazy, huh?

So now I'm three days behind, but won't be able to hit them all in a day again - those minute planks are killer! I've been doing sets of ten or twenty sit ups or pushups at a time throughout the day to spread them out. Still modifying planks from the elbows and push ups from the knees with dumbbells, but am doing full sit ups!

It's disappointing to get derailed from the plan, but we just have to keep at it and catch up again! Good luck everyone!

Aaaah I'm still so behind. I did a couple sets today, but super duper behind. I need to be more disciplined. I think I'm going to be doing Fab Ab February in March still lol.

Sloooowly but surely I am catching up. My abs are tired! Now I just have the last four sets to do in order to finish Fab Ab February (it will have to be in March though lol).

Speaking of March, I see a March Six-Pack Calendar on shrinkingjeans.net, I think I will start that tomorrow too!

Did two more sets today. Now I just have 2/27 and 2/28 to do!

I couldn't hold my planks for that long though - my tummy is tiiiiired. So it was more like: plank for 30 seconds, pause, stretch, plank another 30, pause, etc.

    FINALLY FINISHED!!!
Okay now giving March my full attention!
