Always full but never satisfied. Dont want to eat

Sigh. I dont know if i was hungry or overwhelemed by my translation assisggnment for work but rather than having an actual lunch, I ate my yogurt at 10, the apple and butter (which was supposed to be saved for pre workout) at 12, and the turkey meatballs (part of lunch) at 1 or 2ish. And then I finished my lunch off at 3. Im not that hungry really. But I still have 307 calories and that will be AFTER my pre-workout snack (ostrim) and post-workout snack (soy berry smoothie). Plus any calories that Ill need to eat back from the half hour of weight training and 1 hour of zumba. But I''m scared to eat so much so late in the day. I get out of the gym at nearly 8:30 p.m., get home around 10. I'm afraid Ill just binge while preparing my lunch for tomorrow. It happens so often on gym nights. In addition to my smoothie, I'll end up ahving broccoli, whole wheat pita bread, a frozen waffle, peanuts, rotisserie chicken, deli ham... Like, I'm full but I dont feel satisfied when I eat.

Try making designated meal times. That way you can't eat everything early in the day, it'll be spaced out.0
