    Did not make it this week. I gained 0.1 lbs.

    Dropping out completely don't bother recording my weight. I keep gaining every week and can't stop over eating so am out. Thanks again and great success to everyone.

    So, I didn't lose but I didn't gain - I can live with that, considering I expected to gain after the week I had. I'm determined to do better this week - going to make up for this lack of a loss.

    You have done remarkably well. You are on the home stretch. Please do not give up. There are lots of ups and downs in life.Hang in there brother.Just think about the 42lbs that you have lost.Remember success comes slowly and you are succeeding.

    Even though i lost another pound i can tell im slowing down which i was afraid of...need to switch so stuff up because i definitely do not want to go to exile island!

    Thanks for your words of encouragement but my mind is made up. I may get back on the horse in the future.
