Prone jacknife

First off Id like to say hello from a newbie! If anyone would like to add me please do. None of my friends are lifting.

I have a bone spur that likes to dig into my rotator cuff, I'm in workout 3 of stage 1 and really pushed myself today to do the jacknife and regular push ups instead of at incline and my shoulder is really flared up tonight. I refuse to give up and really want to continue improving. Any suggestions or modifications that are still effective?

    Listen to your body there are other exersices you can do that wont mess with your shoulder. The horizonal wood chop on page 225,
    plank page 213.

    Thank you!! I wish I would have bought the hard copy and not the ebook. The pages don't match up but I will look them up today.
