I keep bags of frozen veggies in my freezer as a quick go to. So very easy to cut up some chicken or sausage - saute up in a pan with some coconut oil and some seasonings/spices - steam up a bag of mixxed veggies and then throw in the pan with seasoning...easy peasy meal in under 15 minutes in most cases...

As far as fresh veggies - Whenever the following are on sale I stock up

    Cauliflower
    Broccili
    Brussel Sprouts
    Asparagus

All the above can be cut up tossed with some EVOO and spices and roasted in the oven on 350 for about 20 minutes (less for the asparagus) - YUMMMMMMMMM

    other things -
Spinach (usually buy when they are Buy 1 Get 1) - steam up, throw in with a saute, eat raw as a salad with a nice dressing
cucumbers and baby carrots - I usually dip in guacamole or taziki (primal since dairy is involved)

Spagetti Squash - easy to use in place of spagetti - I usually make a chunky marinara sauce to go with it

Butternut or Acorn squash. - sweet potato... steam and mash
