- Did you make progress on your goals for the week? If not, how can we as a group help you?

Personally, yes. I have made HUGE progress in my goals for the week! Need to keep going! Also, as part of my goals, how can I personally help YOU achieve your goals? We need to make this happen!!!

    Goals - Not so much, but I was out of commission for a few days. Still have no voice. Had to reassess and set a new goal to catch up to where I am I supposed to be with Insanity. That secondary goal I completed today.
    Check in -Insanity Cardio Recovery this morning. Insanity Pure Cardio this evening. 2 hours at the gym this afternoon.

    My goals for February

    1) drink min 1 litre water daily
    2) 30 min+ exercise daily ( insanity, running, swimming ect)
    3) do a plank and 30 push ups a day
    4) track my food here
    5) connect in my fitness/health groups daily

    I would love support or an accountability partner to keep me on track with eating healthy/tracking and keeping my commitment to tracking my food & doing my Feb goals too.
