What bulking programs are you following?

I'm currently at 138. Looking to bulk to around 155-160.

Do any of you have any program recommendations for bulking?!

  • whats up? personally, i would do a 90% clean bulk, meaning that you mostly eat clean but have one cheat day a week to start off. I went with a full dirty bulk and gained size but with a little too much fat too. Im actually starting this 90/10 diet today to lean out but still gain quality mass. If you go on youtube.com there are many channel that can help you out a lil more than me. I watch them everyday for tips on healthy eating and workout plans. Some of my favorite channels are physiques of greatness, flexforall, thetigerfitness, and qv fitness. Good luck!
