so tonight I am snacking healthily before midnight as suggested by someone here...(can't go back and look but thanks for the idea)

Chibea, they know who you are talking about . And you are welcome! :flowerforyou: You are doing really well, given that you are trying to change habits! Just stick with it (and us ) and you'll be happy with the results.
    Debi, thank you again!
Zaza, you are home, with your dear ones and that is all that matters now. A good thought send her way may work wonders, so try to think positively. Please take practicing the "no LNS" seriously, cos March is around the corner .
Beeps, you made me smile. Hope you and the kids are feeling well now. Enjoy Oscar night and snack to your will! You deserve it . (do bear in mind though that since you've lost the habit, your tummy might get upset with you, so keep it within limits )

ETA: Gosh, I forgot to address ME!
Me: 16 - LNS: 5 (see, I get all verbose when I am in a good mood and did well the night before )

Holy cow did I *blow* it last night. I won't even write down here what happened.

    Me: 18
    LNS: 3

Add in my planned Sunday blow-out and I'm basically running "average" for this month. So be it!

    Hi ladies,

Its 1.30am and I fasted yesterday so I was successful on not late night snacking-yay.

I looked back over my diary the past few days and cringed at the high numbers but then in the past week I have run 43 miles so I guess I could afford to eat a bit more than my 1890 cals to keep me at maintenance :blushing:

Sorry to hear some of you have been unwell. I am slightly mucousy  after a cold last weekend but really pretty fit as a fiddle  Get well soon :indifferent:

Dewdrop I am a nurse, I do paeds in a hospice/respite place. I finish nights in the morning then I am on 2 weeks annual leave. I am so excited
Just trying to keep awake now:yawn:
    Well done again everyone.

    Hi Kate,

My daughter is also a nurse. She was always very physical and FIT, but also worked nights, and gained weight eating all that food to stay awake...sooo I can empathize through her. Now that she has had her two kids, she fasts quite a bit, and is back down in her 140's as opposed to a weight of 200 she gained (after her kids). (It certainly surprised me). She is on day shift now, and goes to the gym at 5:00 in the morning to lift weights and do her cardio before work. Rough working in the middle of the night..soooo grrreat job that you burn those calories with all your running...and have FUN on your two week leave :) Hugs!!

Leaving for Las Vegas in the morning and staying for a 3 day conference, coming back Wednesday. I have a semi-smart phone, and can log IN to MFP, but I cannot move around very well...soooo just to keep my "days in a row"...and maybe say Hi on my Newsfeed. I will be the best I can do. I will be on Day 24 of my Whole 30 program...I am pretty impressed with my results so far. I am only protein, vegetables, and fruit...no grains, or dairy...

To all our group, hope all is well...

Sorry Deb I missed your message till now. Thank you :flowerforyou:

I am really making up numbers now but it's maybe

    Me 14
LNS 11 !!! Bad numbers but I am doing ok really. I am fasting 2 days a week and last week I ran 43 miles, 20 of which were yesterday so I'm not putting on weight, I'm at maintenance and most if what I eat is healthy...but I'm looking forward to March as a fresh start.
We go away to France on Saturday for a week of snowboarding.

Well done ladies, great work :drinker:

did NOT do well while visiting my kids in northern alberta. They have way too much 'bad' food in their house and i seem to have lost all semblance of control. I gained 15 pounds in the 3 weeks i was there....and that was with shoveling all the snow!!! good grief.
Working on getting back to better eating habits this week then rejoining this group for the challenge in march.....i gotta do this

Karenleona do not fret :flowerforyou: I know the 15lb is freaking you out but I doubt it is a real weigh gain. Some of it could be but I reckon within a few days the true amount will show on the scales :flowerforyou:

Wow, Kate, you're doing awesome - thank for proving us it's not all about the numbers. You weekend away sounds exciting!
I am too looking for a fresh start in March, from all aspects, but at least I am working towards a successful coming month :

Personal goal - only 3 days left of February so my final will be 11 to 17. No more for the rest of the month!! Short term goals seem so achievable:smile:

Not one of my better months (partial at that!)

Haven't been on mfp as much as I should and then I stray away from healthy choices...
Too many stresses lately with my parents. Have already had one distraught phone call already. Sometimes I stress eat or sometimes I feel nauseous and don't' eat. Right now it's the latter so I guess that's good calorie -wise. Have to find that silver lining!

Anyway, I am looking forward to the March challenge. I plan on setting the pace and giving everyone a run for their money.
    Take care all,
    Zaza

This is my worst month for LNS since I started logging seriously but hey ho, its March in just a days time  I always love a reset

Today I am fasting so I have not eaten late, so at least that's another one to me. Last night however as I sat waiting at the train station in London for over an hour I ate late (midnight ish :blushing: ) I was reading fitness mags at the same time though, do they counteract each other

So the score is an awful
    Me 15
    LNS 12??

No idea really, totally lost count  :smooched: Let's enjoy the last day of February though :flowerforyou:
Today I went for a lovely walk, the sun shone, birds tweeted and it felt good to be alive. I just had to get cash out of the ATM but as its late at night and I want to get to bed soon I jogged there. It only took 10 minutes and I looked a right wally in my jeans and coat but all exercise is good in my opinion :drinker:

Last night I spent a good 60 minutes, from 8:00 to 9:00, thinking, 'should I pantry raid or shouldn't I??" Literally, for 60 minutes, my mind went back-and-forth-and-back-and-forth.

I held strong. I did NOT pantry raid!

I'm on my way to starting the March thread. Keep an eye on the board .
