Weekend Fitness

Many people make the mistake of completely resting over the weekend. Some light cardiovascular exercise over the weekend can help tremendously with weight loss. How is everyone staying active over the weekend? I myself will be in the gym at 7am to make sure I get it in before work.

  • I usually do Yoga on Saturdays :) It helps me relax from the week and unwind and stretchout my body from the week!
