I took my first Body Combat class at the Y and it was off the chain!!!!!! The instructor was phenomenal, she kicked my butt even better than Dan and Rach!!! I am hooked, I think i will be a Body Combat Junkie!! I just want to smash it!!!! I hope everyone gives this a try and falls in love with it

    I've taken Combat classes at a gym and I loved them too. The home version is great because I can do them whenever I want regardless of what the rest of my day looks like. So glad you're becoming obsessed! It's such a phenomenal program!

    We don't have a local gym that offers it, but I would love to try a class. Glad it was a great experience. I'm totally a gymaphobe and so can never see myself doing it. The classes I understand always change and new material is always added. Have fun.
