Workout Plans!!!

Good morning,

I am having trouble with sticking to a workout plan as I get bored so easily.....

Does anyone follow a specific workout plans??? If so, Please share as I want to create a work out plan that I can combine with my workout and/ or start a new plan all together..

    My workout:
    3 times a week: 30-45 minutes strength with 30-45 minutes of cardio (includes 15 minutes of HIIT)
    1-2 times a week: 60-75 minutes of yoga or cardio
