Some of you are not doing day 1 today (started earlier?) so I thought I'd start a thread named for the date.

I started yesterday on Jan.31 and I know that I'll miss a few days here and there. So this is my Level 1 Day 2.
I used 3 pound weights which was great until the side lunges. Had to put them down for the last 10 seconds or so!

On Day 1 my HRM said I burned 149 and today I worked a bit harder and burned 188 cals. I think I'll feel it tomorrow so I hope in a few days I'll be able to really hit it hard through the whole workout and see how much I can burn.
