    I always make my own ghee, about 2 lbs of unsalted butter at a time. I store the bulk of it in the fridge or freezer...it's got a shelf-life of about 158 years. It's a messy job, but super-easy, and only takes about an hour or so. Store-bought ghee is extravagantly expensive.

    I also buy the Coleman nitrite/nitrate-free bacon and sausage at Costco. Love that place!

    I wish Canada would come around and finally allow Kerrygold butter to be imported into the country. Enjoy those 24oz packs of golden goodness you guys!

    i forgot, our Costco carries cases of roasted seaweed, too. I think of it as primal, don't know for sure if it qualifies, but It's a nice snack when I haven't made kale chips.
