Stupid injury

I got placed on doctors orders yesterday to do no running, jumping, plyometrics, or any other high impact activity due to tendonosis in my left ankle.
So needless to say, that means no ZCUT or ZWOWs. I almost cried when I heard the news. If you're interested about more, I posted a blog about it.
All I can do is the stationary bike, elliptical, or weight lifting for my upper body. I'm not even supposed to walk that much. She said maybe 10-15 minutes at a time and that's it. Arrrrgh. Stupid fat loss hurdles. Now I have to pay super close attention to my diet.
