Stupid injury

I got placed on doctors orders yesterday to do no running, jumping, plyometrics, or any other high impact activity due to tendonosis in my left ankle. :( So needless to say, that means no ZCUT or ZWOWs. I almost cried when I heard the news. If you're interested about more, I posted a blog about it.

All I can do is the stationary bike, elliptical, or weight lifting for my upper body. I'm not even supposed to walk that much. She said maybe 10-15 minutes at a time and that's it. Arrrrgh. Stupid fat loss hurdles. Now I have to pay super close attention to my diet.
