Anyone still in this group?
I'm doing the 30 day challenge right now and I'm apart of the ZGYM and would love the friends on here. Especially for the food portion because I don't feel like the ZGYM has much discussion on that. Please feel free to add me :)

Newbie considering Zwow
Hi! I currently do TurboFire but have a friend that was really into to bodyrock so I looked around and think I want to add some ZWOWs to my current routing but my question is where do I start? Do I just pick a workouts at random? Also TF is very cardio intense with HIIT workouts (which they advise to never do back to back)…
ZGym?
I saw the preview indicating that the workouts will soon only be available through ZGym on her site. I'm not sure what this means, but I think it means I can no longer workout in real time as my TV has YouTube built in, I can't view videos anywhere except for on YouTube. I wonder what the future holds. Any ideas?
Do you work out with Zuzka or by yourself?
I've never actually worked out "with her" by watching the video and doing the movements at the same time. I always write them down or put them on my tablet and then do them on my own so I can listen to some tunes.

Does anyone have this yet? I have it in my cart at Amazon and I can't wait to get it. It looks really hard, though. I'm scared! :) Anyone else planning on getting it?
ZCUT DVDs

I ordered the Zcut videos on Tuesday and I hope they will be here soon, but I'm going to wait until February to start because I'm currently committed to another group program for the rest of January. So when will you start Zcutting? Feel free to add me to your FL if you plan on doing the program. :wink:
Stupid injury
I got placed on doctors orders yesterday to do no running, jumping, plyometrics, or any other high impact activity due to tendonosis in my left ankle. :( So needless to say, that means no ZCUT or ZWOWs.
