Hi! I currently do TurboFire but have a friend that was really into to bodyrock so I looked around and think I want to add some ZWOWs to my current routing but my question is where do I start? Do I just pick a workouts at random? Also TF is very cardio intense with HIIT workouts (which they advise to never do back to back)…
I saw the preview indicating that the workouts will soon only be available through ZGym on her site. I'm not sure what this means, but I think it means I can no longer workout in real time as my TV has YouTube built in, I can't view videos anywhere except for on YouTube. I wonder what the future holds. Any ideas?
I've never actually worked out "with her" by watching the video and doing the movements at the same time. I always write them down or put them on my tablet and then do them on my own so I can listen to some tunes.

I ordered the Zcut videos on Tuesday and I hope they will be here soon, but I'm going to wait until February to start because I'm currently committed to another group program for the rest of January.
