Good morning. Hope everyone is having a great week. This was my ninth week and I finally hit my first goal of 10 pounds. So excited. I started to feel stalled out and wasnt losing as I started my workout but realized I was gaining muscle. Last week I vamped up my workout and finally lost the last two weeks again. I don't feel like this is a diet, I feel like its a lifestyle change. Slowly I am changing something I am doing or eating or drinking. I cut down my coffee and my sugar first, then added lots of fruit and veggies, then added working out 3 days a week. Now I changed my water intake and increased my workouts. I don't feel overwhelmed with change...just a few things at a time. I wish everyone good luck this week.
