cottage cheese and grape tomatoes

I know it may sound gross especially if you dislike cottage cheese. I NEVER ate cottage cheese until this. Now I use cottage cheese instead of cheese. I use 1/2 cup of 4% cottage cheese and I quarter 10 grape tomatoes (they are big at Sam's club). I mix it up and go to town! Only 7 grams of carbs, 5 grams of fat, 321 mg of sodium (can reduce this amount if you find a lower sodium version of cottage cheese), 124 calories, and 11 grams of protein!!! I ate this for breakfast.... YUM and easy!!!!

    I have been eating cottage cheese and blueberries in the morning. I thought it would be interesting to change things up and eat cottage cheese and grape tomatoes yesterday for breakfast. YUMMY! I found eating cottage cheese and some fruit of some kind gives me so much more energy than cereal and milk. I usually throw some down, drop my son off for a 6 AM practice at the high school and scoot over to the gym. Gosh, I can't even believe I am even eating healthy and going to the gym. I could just pinch myself!
