To introduce myself I've been trying to lose weight since Aug.2012. I lost 17lbs by dec. then suddenly gained 7lbs back. So I've really got in earnest started counting calories and drinking 6-9 glasses of water per day,workouts..and this morning was 1 lb. heavier ;( I'm only eating healthy foods and staying below1200 calories.Got any suggestions??

    Loads of people will point you in the direction of "in place of a roadmap". Only just starting it myself today after not much luck losing. Do a search & it should come up. My calorie quota is now 1500 and am hoping this does the trick.

    welcome and we'd love to have you.you have to eat to loose so make sure your using the app to help you and set a goal of a 1 to 2 pound loss a week.:) if you have any questions or ideas or need help just ask.here for you.
