I'm super frustrated... all I want to do it go to the gym at the moment and I want to do C25K but I'm psycing myself out (doesn't help that I find running rather tedious) any tips on helping me to focus? I am doing the mini goal thing but find myself thinking "oh, another 30 seconds of running, just hurry up and be over already" and not because I am out of breath, but beause I am bored.

Maybe I need an ipod ??? should i do it outdoors instead??? any advice would be great.

I hope you are all doing well :flowerforyou:

I liked the treadmill as I could not cheat. I had to keep the speed because otherwise I would fall off. It was easy to track the time and sip water without carrying the bottle.

I found it works better for me if I try to keep my thoughts positive, focusing on what I have completed of the time rather than thinking "damn, x second to go". For the longer runs I remind myself I have run similar distances already and remind myself that the way I feel right now at minute 12 of 15 is not that much different from 3 of 15 so I can keep going.

Good luck. The programme can the trusted to prepare you for the next week.

Push yourself but there is also nothing wrong with repeating some weeks. I repeated week 5 and will probably repeat week 6.
