Birthday Advice

Hello all,

I am in the midst of planning my birthday later this month and while I have already decided I'm having red velvet cake with cream cheese icing (mmm..) for my cake, I was thinking I'd somewhat try to eat as primal as possible if we happen to go out for dinner. I live in Canada, so if there are any specific restaurants or types of meals you'd like to suggest, please do! I am also on a very tight budget, so the prices have to be reasonable. Thanks!

I love Red Robins, i order the mediterranean chicken burger with no bun in lettuce and melon on the side. Love this it works. If you are primal and eat feta cheese... or order with out.
Its my husband birthday this month and for his cake I am making a stacked fruit cake.... all fresh fruit watermelon stacked on top of each other giving layered cake look and decorated with cut fruit stuck to the side with tooth picks. He did this for me for my birthday.... I will post a picture on my profile when i find it.

Thanks for the advice, but unfortunately my city in particular doesn't have a Red Robins! Seems like all the major cities do, I guess we're just left out

Do you have an Applebee's? I ate there the other night, and they have REALLY yummy steak and veggies, and are VERY accommodating about not cooking in oil or butter =)
