Sorry I thought I mentioned this appears I did not! Saturdays are my rest day because we have a fitness class I help with at my church on Sunday nights! I see many of you repeated thurs or fri way to go! I will post Sunday - Friday later tonight o you will have them for the next 6 days. Remember you really need a day of rest so take it and allow your body to recoup! You are doing it!
Die fatty die!
Would anyone be interested in getting tshirts that say that?

Am I the only one struggling lol??? I exercise with a few good friends 5 mornings a week (we do a MAJOR insanity type workout m-w-f and then an hour of hard spinning tue-thur and sometimes on Saturday I do stuff (I work in a gym lol...) So with that said, I am having a hard time adding in the additional workouts......thoughts????? I work 10-13 hour days, workout at 5am m-f, cant workout after work, need to get home to spend time with family.....so thoughts would really be appreciated....maybe I can try to get to the gym 30 minutes earlier and at least do all but the running part.......0

It seems you are already doing a good workout. Good for you!!!! I would then add Gary's challenge on to the end of your workouts and not do the mile walks because what you are doing would count as a mile+.
What the challenge is for me is working different muscle groups that I have not been working on and so to change up what I was doing is making me feel the burn and focus on different areas of the body.
I am, like you, trying to add on the challenge as another workout to what I was already doing. But I don't think I was working out half as much as you. I was just proud for getting anything in at all. But since the challenge I realized I had been really slacking and so for me to fit in the extra 15-20 min it takes me to do everything but the mile+ walk is not a big sacrifice when I think about killing fatty. Someone else said they did it in 7 mins. Maybe it wont take you as long as me.
Also, so you have more family time, I have been having to plan weekly meals and depending on the night depends on what I make because we can't afford to eat out and I refuse to feed the family "junk" I need to set a plan for time saving. I do a Lot of crock pot meals that my kids love and all I have to do is assemble the night before and turn on before I leave in the morning. When I get time to shop in bulk or find a good sale I will even take the extra 15 min when I get home from the store to assemble some meals into a freezer bag so all I have to do is thaw and put in the crock pot or pan to cook.
Hope that helps.0 -
