What's my activity level?

I think I'm confusing myself.

I'm a SAHM to two toddlers, so a lot of my day is spent cleaning up, cooking, mom type stuff.

We don't have a car, so I average 6-7 miles a day walking.

I'm doing the You Are Your Own Gym program, so 4-5 days a week I do a half hour of fairly intense body weight exercises.

I also do a lot of stretching exercises to try to lengthen some extra tight muscles, probably 45 minutes spread out over the day.

So far, I've been relying on the MFP BMR calculation, plus whatever my fitbit calculates and if I still feel hungry towards the evening I have a little something extra to eat, even if that puts me over MFP + fitbit calculated calories. I figure if I'm hungry, my body wants more fuel. I'm losing pretty well, but wanted to double check with the scooby calculator, but got confused as to where I should set my activity level. 5-6 hours of strenuous activity? More than that?

I think you are right to go with 5 to 6 hours. As you have a fitbit then any additional walking that exceeds that will be adjusted for you anyway if you have them synced. My fitbit TDEE and scooby TDEE come out pretty close.

Cool. I'll just keep on keeping on then. I would just hate to lose any of my lovely muscle mass by under eating! Thanks!
