Just Started

I did level one today after a friend jokingly suggested since it's popular here with people my age. I did it and enjoyed it. I suck at pushups but that was about it for level 1.

I don't know if I can do level 1 for nine days. I may try level 2 and just do level 2 with level 1 for when I want a bit of a break.

I also heard that it's not good to do HIIT workouts every day. I'm thinking of doing other cardio on alternating days or only doing 30DS 2 or 3 days a week.

For those much further in how do you work it into your workout regime?
