Hello!
New to this thread, and I am looking forward to reading it all and getting as much information as I can!
I have been stuck at the same weigh for three months + and I am so tired of it!! It seems no matter what I do, the scale won't budge.
I've tackled some intense programs (P90X, Insanity, Asylum) in hopes that it would get my weight loss moving, but nada. I've gained great strength and my body has changed for sure, but I still need the scale to budge.
I have finally come to the conclusion that I need to try this theory and eat more.
I am currently doing Les Mills Combat and was focusing on about 1500 cals (or less). I am going to take the plunge and up my cals as well as up my protein for a bit to see if that works. After I am done with Combat, I am going to focus more on weight training and just purchased NRWL. I can't wait to read it.
Per the Scooby website my stats are:
BMR: 1347
TDEE: 2088
Daily Cals: 1775
I have set my cal goals to 1700. I am scared!!!
SHould I expect the scale to go up at first?
Thank you for any advice and encouragement you can give!!
