FRS Low Cal Peach Mango - Good Carbs?

I know that all carbs are not created equal, but can a drink like the FRS Low Cal Peach Mango have enough of a insulin spike to effect your ketosis? Or any food for that matter. I am understanding that even though one chooses foods that total less than 50g of carbs per day, the carbs you choose are still very important. Right? I know there are a lot of variables. What do you guys think?

FRS Peach Mango: 5g of carbs and 2g of fiber - 20 calories per bottle.

I am thinking more about this these days because I am researching and concerned with my previous / present choices in "Low Carb” food, which includes Mission tortillas. My first 80 days were just eating low carb, now I questioning what I am eating. *90 days in ketosis.
