Hey everyone..

How was your superbowl? Mine was filled with horrible food choices and def not enough activity.. I won't let that define me tho.. I am ready for another awesome week. Update the spreadsheet and let me know how you are doing... Has anyone had an NSV lately?

Lets kick it up this week :)

  • Hello,

    My weekend was fine despite me feeling sick all of Saturday. I wasn't active this weekend and I did indulge some because I had bar-b-que Saturday. For the first time I prepared healthy foods for the first time for the super bowl which I am proud of because me and my family enjoy the appetizer's.

    I had a NSV last week I woke up Friday and I felt good my body and mind feels better. My skin is clearer, despite how bloated I am at a certain time of the month, this week I had minimum bloat and I was still able to see a difference on the scale.

    I lost 2 pounds! Yay!
  • After two weeks of not weighing in, and having a stomach bug two days I am down 7 lbs from my last weigh in, and 9lbs for the month of January. My goal was 6 lbs. But I'm imagining there will be an increase this week (as long as I don't get the stomach bug again!)

    It was the lowest number I've seen on the scale in 7 years (133,) and even with the fact that I know it is largely down because of the stomach bugs, I was super excited to see it!

    Weigh in time again:

    Challenge start: 238.2lb
    Last week: 229.8lb
    Weight today: 227.8lb (loss 2lb for week, 10.4lb challenge to date)

    Been having some issues with my back for two past weeks, started getting active (just a little) this week. Feels so great to move!!

    Almost weigh-in time. I'm feeling light this week. I hope the scale agrees with me lol. I want to reach my goal weight this week.

    It's been slow (very slow) and steady. I wish I could see more but I cant' complain about moving in the right direction. I have one more to go for this challenge but I'm aiming for 1.5 to get into the 170s. Everyone is doing great! Keep up the good work and join the St Pattys Challange!

    Yippee! Out of the 190s! Probably won't make my goal but that's okay.
