As for the rest of the anecdote, I am laughing at the thought of being 25 and set in your ways. Thank GOD I've changed a lot since 25. :)

It's all relative. A 25 year old is often less set in their ways than many, but can be more set in their ways than others.

Last summer, I was at a Meetup event and I met a woman who was approximately my age (5 months older). She seemed so set in her ways and seemed like the prototypical big time career woman who fails to keep a man around. Younger women would be more likely to be less set in their ways. I just don't desire someone my age who is set in their ways.
I have nothing against older woman at all, but they have to realize that most men prefer younger women. Maybe it's biological, I really don't know. But, men look at the entire picture, just not at her DOB. Most would take a hot 40 year old over some obese 20-something slob.

Yes, very true. More matters than just DOB. Most men prefer younger women and most women prefer older men. For me to consider an older woman for something long term sustainable, she would have to possess some hard to find traits.

Wow, not all older men love younger women and not all younger women love older men. It is an individual choice!! Personally I won't date a guy that is 7 years younger or a man that is 15 years older that I am, but this is MY choice. We all are different and we all should realize that putting labels on people is BULL****!

I had people telling me all the time why I was single (have a bf now), I have a great Job, friends, own my own house and I am pretty damn fine:wink: , but I didn't go to clubs//bars. I thought those places were for sleeze balls trying to pick up girls, that view have changed obviously, but that was my thinking.

I have read a lot of peoples views on here and some are valid and some are not. The only thing I can say being an older woman, who have lots of prospects in dating (younger and older), just be honest, be open minded and don't take this Tier crap literally. Men and women come in all shapes and sizes, different personalities and have gone through different fazes in life, so go with your heart and remember things might not work out all the time, but there is someone out there for all of us.

    Edit: for spelling.

Oh I meant that for me personally - thank God I wasn't set in my ways at 25. No doubt that you can be set in your ways and/or self sabatoging at any age. Personally, I don't desire anyone of any age that is totally set in their ways... too boring!

I would like to take this opportunity that the usual suspects have been called out multiple times in this thread and have yet to deliver.

    backed up.

profile picture is now me with an ex-girlfriend who I'd consider mid-upper tier.

i think this whole thing is a bit odd... but not surprising coming from the creepy girls on here (like Kitsune)

Question...I thought you've never dated a woman longer than 4 weeks...so is this a girlfriend or just a woman you dated (but haven't taken out on a "real date?"

When did I say I never dated a woman for longer than 4 weeks? I dated my high school girlfriend (Kelly) for almost 2 years. I dated another girl in college (Mary) for about a year as well.

Before I moved to Miami I dated a girl in Boston for almost 8 months.

Where did you get this 4 week thing from?

Yup, you crossed the line certainly give me the creeps.

The fact that you wanted pictures of someones personal life is too voyeuristic. Coupled with all your other issues.. you're a strange, strange woman.

I'm putting you on ignore. Don't bother responding and don't PM me.

Well provide a link. Do some searching.

Why would I say something that's blatantly not true?

I just love the word "snippy". It reminds me of this teacher I had in elementary school who dragged this kid out by his ear once. She used the word a lot. Another time, she put blinders on the sides of this boy's face.

    I love you, Christine.

    Carry on.

Not getting snippy at all. I was just curious where you got this 4 week thing from.

And come on.. 4 week?! If you've reach your 20's and haven't had at least one serious relationship, you have major issues.

Dude, serious relationships in high school aren't really that serious. Same with college especially if you go to a big university. Unless you count changing your Facebook status a serious relationship.

Guys don't take him too seriously. This is coming from the guy who can't even keep his stories straight and they change from thread to thread so that he can feel superior when he is clearly not.

Besides, who cares what a toolbag thinks? Obviously what he's done isn't working so well since he just spends his time being bitter and bullying people on the internet when they don't grovel at his feet about how wonderful he is, then lashing out at people that have the audacity to stand up to him.

    Thanks Kits.

I came back here to say that I don't know why you feel the need to be such a jerk to random people on the Internet. I'm assuming that "major issues" barb was directed at me and I don't know why. There have been a million threads here and I accidentally remembered something that was false, and even after I said I was mistaken you continued to be snippy with me, and rude as well. If you have personal issues that lead you to feel the need to be rude and disrespectful and argumentative, maybe you need to examine yourself further. It will be beneficial for you in the long run.
