Week 2 of 6w6p

I got through week 1 last week level 1, 5 days. I enjoyed the workouts, but the side planks are hard. Each day I could hold them a tad longer than the last.

Today, I began week 2 of 6w6p and enjoyed my workout, well except the side planks. JM says they get better. We'll see. I did the side crunches when I could no longer hold the planks. As long as I do something in its place. It's a good workout otherwise.

How are all of you doing?

    You're doing great then :) and yeah, as long as you're attempting to give it your best that's all that really counts. I myself am starting week 2 of Level 2. I'm excited that I'm almost done with it but I've become accustomed to it and I'm afraid when it's all over I'll be a bit sad, even though I plan on throwing myself right into JM's Killer Abs dvd. Let's just say I'm more than certain I'll find my way back to 6W6P. I have a lot of love for it!
