Last night, I began my first time on level 2 and I thought I'd die. Not only were some of the moves hard, but they require coordination which I do not have. I was working new muscle groups, too. I got through week 1 last week level 1, 5 days. I enjoyed the workouts, but the side planks are hard. Each day I could hold them a tad longer than the last. Man I have some hella bad carpal tunnel brewin in my Right wrist. The end with those plank jacks, then plank something, then mountain climbers is just too much. So lately for the jacks, and climbers I've been getting up and doing skaters or jump rope, it's just a cardio interval. I'm just trying to keep moving. Anyone else…
