Hello everyone,
I was about starting this program few minutes ago but I noticed some members on this group were talking about Cardio 1!!
In the schedule it's Workout 1!!
Do you mix the first week with kickstart week?

a lot of people opt out of the kickstart week. Workout 1, work out 2, cardio 1, workout 1, workout 2, cardio 1 I think is how it goes (when skipping the kickstart week). Actually, I thought that the kickstart was the same other than doing cardio 1 every day also....0 -

If you do Kickstart week, you do the regular plan, while adding Cardio 1 every day as well. So Day 1 would be: Workout 1 & Cardio 1. Day 2: Workout 2 & Cardio 1. Day 3: Cardio 1 Twice
I'm on Day 5 of Kickstart week right now. The extra daily Cardio 1 has been a struggle for me because I'm so sore from the workouts!0 -

I skipped the Kickstart week only bc I want to be done a little before may 10th (my birthday). I AM doing cardio 1 (as extra) on days that I'm feeling up to it, or I'm just sitting around bored.0 -
I am doing the kickstart workouts (not following the meal plan) as my first week. That way I am still done, but I'm still doing extra my first week.0

Doing the kickstart week, like others have said, is adding cardio 1 everyday on top of the regular week. Kickstart week is also week 1. It doesn't add a week to your program. If you notice in the guide where it tells you what workouts to do what weeks, workouts 11 and 12 and cardio 3 are done for 3 weeks making it a 90 day program. Kickstart week IS week 1, not additional.
That said, I followed the kickstart week plan for food, but didn't add in the extra cardio because I bought this program to only have to workout a hlaf hour a day.0
