Just started but not sure about diet?

Hi - I've just started 30 day shred but not sure if my diet is right .

Could someone take a look at my food diary over the last few days and see what you think?

I'm set at 1200 calories. Sometimes eat my activity calories back.
I walk to and form work most days which is a mile each way.

I'm 5ft3", Currently 141lbs

I dont eat meat or fish...

  • Hi and welcome!

    My only suggestion would be to customise your macros. You're eating a lot of carbs and too little protein. This is the standard that MFP sets. My suggestion would be to increase the protein and reset your macros. I have mine set at 40/30/30 Carbs/Protein/Fat and it works great.
