I have had the MFP app on my hone for a while but just logged onto the site. I have lost 8 lbs in about 4 weeks but my body holds on to carbs so bad! I am going to try low carb but I am having trouble coming up with meals and snacks that stay below my calorie goal as well because proteins are so high in calories. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to friend me as well. The more support the better!

I have found so many helpful links to recipes for low carb and primal (which tends to be low carb) foods that way.0 -
I downloaded the Spark Recipes app. I typed low carb in the search bar and scrolled through finding recipes with the numbers I was looking for that sounded good. I saved those to my favorites. I now have quite a database of yummy low carb recipes. I have tried several but there are plenty for me to experiment with! I can't wait!!

Thanks all! I have pinterest so I'll start looking at those. I'll have to look in to the sparkle app too! I used that website one time but it kept sending me spam so it's been a few years since I checked it out.
