starting week 3 again...

I was on W3D2 and I took a week long ice fishing trip. It's too cold to run outside in MN and there's not a treadmill on the lake so I fell behind! Tonight I redid W2D3 and boy did I have a tough time powering through that! Anyone else take a week off and notice a decline in insurance from that short of time?

I am worried about that. I am just starting week 5 today and leave for Miami on vacation next Thursday. I might end up repeating a week also depending how it goes.

I've found that after short breaks - that first run back is tough - but the next is easier. Its amazing how fast the body recovers and remembers :-) Hang in there.

I just did week 3 day one last night and I have to admit for me I have a harder time when I don't have at least a couple days inbetween. If I have even a week off I do better. I guess because I'm fresh. I'm still exercising inbetween, but not "running."

I vacationed in Miami the first time I did C25K a few years ago. I was easily able to find places to run that were fun, scenic and still somewhat isolated. Do a google search and see what you come up with.

    Worst case..run the beach!!
