How to log kettlebell exercises?

I just joined the MFP today so apologize if this is a repeat topic but didn't see anything over the past few months. Is there a standard or log for Kettlebell exercises? NCK did a quick workout tonight that was 1-press and clean 16kg doubles by everyone in the group (4 people). Then moved to 2-press and clean...till failure..we did 10 press and clean by every member. Thus we did 16kg clean/press doubles reps of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 for each NCK member. Then I moved to snatch the 20kg in reps of 2\4\6\8\10 on each side. I have no idea how to put input this into MFP and any help is greatly appreciated. So happy to have found this MFP site and look forward to other people interested in Kettlebell! Your professional feedback is more than appreciated to help us all grow.

I don't think i found an exercise in the database way back when, so i made my own. I don't use the list anymore anyway as i don't think it's particularly accurate.
I wear a heart rate monitor. I created my own kettlebell exercises on my exercise list. I then adjust the time when i enter to match the calories my monitor says i burned. I do use some database exercises, but again, i just force them to match my calories burned according to my HRM.

I don't log my exercise here at all--I use Fitocracy.com for that. I think what KidP said about calorie burn numbers being inaccurate is true. I found that elsewhere too, so I gave up trying to account for the actual "burn" and just decided to worry about keeping track of the workouts themselves. For that, Fitocracy works great. I also note everything in a little spiral notebook, 'cause I'm old school like that....
If I had a HRM I'd probably concern myself more with calories burned and all that.

Thanks for the information and I will check that out. I do like the idea of just tracking the workout, I have not been doing that and a better way to monitor my strength increases. I wish I would have started it from the first time I learned to use kettlebells.0

This is what I do, as well. If you're concerned about calorie burn, I think a HRM is a great investment. I wear mine for each workout to track my burns but also to measure intensity so I can make sure I am constantly making progress.0 -

As far as I recall, Sparkpeople's calculator vastly overestimates the calories burned from KB exercise.0

Too many variables to factor in when using database style calculators...age, fitness level, size, weight, intensity, etc.0

I decided on 11 calories per minute. i'm sure on some days it is more and other days less, but i'm not too worried about it. For me, it is more about being consistent at this point.0
